    Posted: 03 Mar 2010 at 3:50pm
We have chosen the new venue for AGM, to hopefully encourage more South East members to attend. So why not come along and make your views, ideas, etc, known or take the plunge and become a SE committee member.

Due to my relocation to the sunny Isle of Wight I will be standing down as SE Chairman, So the region needs another member to take up the managerment of the SE!

This years South East Region AGM and  next meeting for the Maidstone area pub meeting will be on the last Saturday in the month.

Time 6pm for the start of AGM
7pm for 7.30pm for Meal only
SATURDAY 27th March 2010

Please Note: Berty the Manager has asked if we can make our choice of meal and book it before meetings at the Wateringbury.
This will help out the Kicthen staff.

REMINDER: Don’t forget that this weekend is the South East Region AGM and Maidstone area pub meeting. 27th March 2010.

AGM Start time 6pm, Meal time 7.30pm

Venue: The Wateringbury - Chef & Brewer pub, Tonbridge Road, Wateringbury, Maidstone. Kent ME18 5SN. Tel: 01622812632.

If you planning to attend the AGM you can order meal when you arrive.

This year’s AGM is an important one for the region. As I have previously written, due to my move to the Isle of Wight I feel the region should have a new Chair. At present I have no one who is willing to take on the job! If you think you would like to have ago at running the region, why not contact me if you want more information melvyn@bmwcarclubse.co.uk

If now one steps up to the plate, I will continue as I don’t want all the hard work I and the SE committee have put in to make the SE region a happy and vibrate events section of the BMW Car Club go to waste. But obviously I can not be as “Hand On” at events as I normally am!
